Living in France and a mother of one and another one along the way, Marina’s own unique curated style gives us all the vintage feels and is the ultimate in femininity and timeless elegance.
This Valentines at Oak and Luna, our mantra is to choose love, today, tomorrow, and always. As Marina’s style and flair is unquestionably romantic and ethereal in essence, we sat down with the hopeless romantic to get some insight of what love and Valentines means to her.
How did you meet your sweetheart?
During his first and only visit to my university. Our story was not the typical love story since distance and nationality differences held us apart, but we made it this far, with almost two children of our own.
What is your ideal Valentine's date?
Many little surprises with everything home made!
Roses or chocolates?
Both. Roses from a garden and imperfect home-made chocolate.
What does ‘choose love’ mean to you?
Sometimes we forget how big of an influence love is in our lives. If we choose to believe, there’s nothing a little love can’t heal.
What piece of jewelry do you think makes the perfect Valentine’s gift and why?
A necklace. Simply because it the piece of jewelry closest to the heart :)
